Molly Finn, 3rd Grade 

Molly Finn is the epitome of an exceptional educator and deserves to be recognized as Teacher of the Year at FLCCA. Her passion for teaching radiates in every interaction, inspiring students, learning coaches, and staff alike with her kindness, respect, and infectious energy.

In her live sessions, Ms. Finn creates an engaging and dynamic learning environment that leaves observers in awe. Her ability to connect with students fosters a love for learning, as she tailors her approach to meet the needs of every learner, firmly believing in each child’s potential to grow and succeed. Her dedication to evolving as an educator is evident in her reflective practice—analyzing lessons, student data, and feedback to continually enhance her craft. Molly’s commitment to improvement ensures she remains a highly effective teacher, never settling for stagnation.

Beyond the classroom, Molly’s leadership shines. As a mentor in the new teacher group and third-grade ELA lead, she is a beacon of support, always ready to answer questions, offer guidance, or share a hilarious GIF to lighten the mood during stressful times. Her quick responses, even after hours or on days off, demonstrate her unwavering dedication. Molly’s positivity unites the FLCCA team, as she consistently recognizes others’ contributions, offers encouragement, and makes everyone feel valued and appreciated.

Molly’s love for her students and colleagues is unmatched. She jumps in to help whenever a need arises, bringing happiness and unity to the team. Her ability to build meaningful relationships with her students allows her to engage all learners effectively, while her supportive attitude uplifts her peers. Lissa Logue, 6-8th Grade

Lissa Logue is the heartbeat of FLCCA, a true powerhouse whose impact resonates far beyond her classroom. Her dedication, expertise, and selflessness make her the epitome of an exemplary educator and the undeniable choice for Teacher of the Year.

Lissa consistently surpasses her classroom goals while uplifting everyone around her—new and veteran staff alike. No question is too big or small; if she doesn’t know the answer, she finds it in minutes. Her expertise is matched only by her humility, and her willingness to go above and beyond is unmatched. From working through power outages using hotspots to volunteering first for any task, Lissa’s commitment never wavers, even amidst personal challenges.

Her genuine kindness and compassion shine in every interaction. Lissa meticulously tracks student data, communicates effectively with families, and creates a nurturing environment through her live classes, emphasizing praise and confidence-building. She’s a mentor who inspires, offering innovative ideas and constructive feedback during collaboration meetings to elevate instruction for all. Her positive attitude, approachability, and fun spirit make her a joy to work with, and her 100% effort every day has left an indelible mark on FLCCA since she began.

Maria Estock, 10th Grade

We are thrilled to honor Maria Estock as our High School Teacher of the Year! Her unmatched dedication, infectious passion, and boundless compassion make her a true beacon of inspiration at our school.

Maria’s commitment to her students—past and present—is nothing short of extraordinary. She meets every student where they are, fostering trust and building meaningful relationships that leave a lasting impact.
