Members of the Board
Larry E. Williams | Board Chairman
Larry Williams has over 25 years of progressive experience in both business and government sectors including expertise in developing strategies and policies, building coalitions, government relations, legislative affairs, public relations, communications, public speaking, research, recruiting, training, finance, sales, and information technology. Larry served in the Florida House of Representatives as the Legislative Aide/Budget and Policy Director for State Representative Janet H. Adkins from 2008 to 2012 and retired from U.S. military service in November 2005. He currently has his own consulting firm specializing in consulting and lobbying services. Larry was the Gubernatorial Appointee for the Northeast Florida Regional Council Board of Directors and has served on a plethora of Government committees throughout his career.
Chris Calabucci | Board Chairman
Chris Calabucci has over 25 years’ experience in government, business, and education. He was a legislative aide for U.S. Representatives Tillie K. Fowler and Ander Crenshaw from 1993 to 2007. In 1999, he co-founded Elite Continuing Education, which provides online continuing education for a variety of state licensed professions and was recognized by Inc. magazine as one of the top 5000 small businesses in the United States. In 2012, he founded Game Day Suppliers LLC, which offers custom embroidery, screen printing, and promotional items for universities, schools, and businesses. Chris was a founding board member of the Central Florida Virtual School Board when Florida Virtual Academy opened in Osceola.
Gina Fafard | Board Secretary and Treasurer
Gina Fafard has more than 20 years of educational leadership experience, having served students and families in both large urban and small suburban districts. She currently works as a board governance coach with BoardOnTrack, providing coaching and support for charter school boards throughout the U.S. Gina is a believer that successful schools hinge on effective leadership. Gina holds an EdS degree in Education, a MS degree in Ed Leadership, and BA degree in Art. When she’s not coaching school boards, she enjoys everything outdoors, including camping, cycling, and kayaking.
Natalie Ford | Board Member
Natalie J. Ford is a native of Orlando, Florida and an educator at heart. She has over 30 years of experience in public school education and as a college professor. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Education, a Specialist in Educational Leadership with a focus in Administration and Curriculum, a Juris Doctorate and a PhD.
She is a mother of three and a YaiYa of six. She enjoys music, reading and traveling.
Brandy Peckham | Board Member
Brandy Peckham has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, leading teams to educate health care professionals on therapies for mental health for both children and adults. She is currently the Senior Regional Director covering the South Region at Alkermes. Brandy is an advocate for school choice in Florida. She has been volunteering in local schools for over a decade. She is honored to serve as a member of the FLCCA school board.
Brandy is a native Floridian and proud graduate of Florida State University where she earned a degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Performance Management. She currently lives in Belleair, FL with her husband Jason and their son Matthew.
Samantha Sullivan | Board Member
Samantha Sullivan has over 20 years of experience in the legislative process serving the constituents of Districts 4, 48 and 5 as District and Legislative Aide. For a brief time, she worked as the Community Liaison Director in the Faith and Community Initiative Office for Governor DeSantis. Before her years in government, Samantha worked with the Okaloosa County School District. After leaving the district, Samantha maintained her involvement in local schools and served as PTO President, SAC, Touchdown Club and Treasurer of the Baseball Board. She was a Take Stock in Children mentor for over 6 years and counseled students in middle and high school.

Instructions for Presentations to the Board by Parents and Citizens
Florida Cyber Charter Academy (School) welcomes your participation at the School Board meetings. The purpose for the public meeting of the Board of Directors (Board) is to conduct the affairs of the School in public. We are pleased that you are in attendance and hope that you will visit these meetings often. Your participation assures us of continuing community interest in our school. To assist you in the ease of speaking/participating in our meetings, the following guidelines are provided.
Agendas are available to all audience members upon request.
“Requests to Speak” forms are available to all audience members who wish to speak on any agenda items or under the general category of “Communications” or for conference call attendees by so signifying at the beginning of “Communications”. Download the Request to Speak form [PDF].
The “Public Comment” portion is set aside for members of the audience to address items on the published agenda. Audience members may offer objective criticisms of school operations and programs, but the Board will not hear complaints about school personnel or other persons during a public session. The process for complaints involving school personnel or other persons are provided through other channels. The Board will not generally respond to remarks made in this manner during the meeting, but may issue a written response after the meeting. These presentations are limited to three (3) minutes. Extensions of time will be at the sole discretion of the Board Chair.
When addressing the Board, speakers are requested to state their name and address from the podium and adhere to the time limits set forth.
Individuals may request that a topic related to school business be placed on a future agenda by submitting a written request at least two (2) weeks or ten (10) working days in advance.
